“The capsule is very effective at keeping my carpets and hard flooring dirt and dust free. It is easy to use and easily manageable even with my bad back as the extension tube is long enough for me to remain standing while vacuuming and not having to bend down to reach. Unfortunately the first capsule I was sent was faulty but as soon as I notified the company they checked out by email, what problem I was having and sent me a replacement device. Very good customer service. Great price.”
