“Recently bought The Capsule Spring Vacuum Bundle and it’s great. Works fantastic and the bags are easy to take out and replace (although I haven’t had to replace yet, just tried seeing how easy it is!). It’s easy to use and not heavy (I am disabled so I’m impressed). One thing I should mention is that the lead on the plug is a bit short so when I have to charge it I have to take it out of the wall holder and place it on the floor until charged and then put back in the holder. Apart from this it seems like a great cleaner on both hard and carpet floors. Another thing is you don’t have to use the wall holder, you can just leave it leaning up against a wall or in a cupboard.”

“We both have arthritus in our hnds. So the good point is the ease of opening dust bag compartment and changing bag. For the same reason we found the unit too heavy and cumbersome by comparison with current Tineco machine. Tineco is light and easy to use but difficult to open dust box. Just can't win”
