“When we bought the capsule bundle there was a problem with the machine However the customer service team where excellent and we had a new one in a couple of days Since then we have used it several times and it has been superb We haven’t tried any of the tools but we don’t see any problems We bought the capsule because our 3year old Dyson was not up to par We spent more time pulling it to bits to unblock it than using it to vacuum The capsule is 100% better for general cleaning and far better on carpets and hard surfaces”

“I keep getting little electric shocks from the power button. Aside from this it is easy to assemble, very good suction. Gets the stubborn dog hair up. Small and easy to manoeuvre around. Takes a bit of getting used to the fact that it’s not able to free stand so need to be organised before operating, pick up small things, make sure curtains are lifted etc. Great on hair of any kind, feels like a deep clean. Apart from the electric shocks, I am very happy with the product.”

“I find the Capsul vacume great very powerful three power settings this vacume has bags and they hold quite alot I used to have the Dyson which I found was good but it needed more more charging. The capsul as 3 settings so if you are using the lighter settings you get more time out of it . The vacume comes with all tools and vacume bags and it is not a weighty vacume I recommend it 100%.”
