“Sadly I did not keep this product but returned it for a no quibble refund as promised. The only reason I returned it was because I found it ergonomically difficult to hold as the handle is at the very top and the whole weight of the vacuum cleaner weighed on my wrist. After just a couple of minutes of use it was hurting. The actual functioning of the machine I cannot fault. Collected well, picked up along edges of skirting and was overall very good.”

“Tried dyson and vax vacuums in the past not been happy with design or performance also the weight is an issue because me and the wife have issues with our hands but as soon as we picked up the halo me and the wife said wow weight performance and balance is twice as good as vax or dyson would recommend halo to everyone”
