“i was impressed by the recommendation of the Halo by Which and Good Housekeeping and by the fact that it was designed & made in UK [ not by a Brexiteer who then went to live out of UK!] It seemd reasonably priced compared to others which I looked at on line a lot before deciding. I also liked that the Hapl has a recylable dust bag so I dont have to emoty the vac contents without protection as with other makes. Buying was striaghtforward on line though different price packages on different web pages confused me however all was clarified by Custoemr Services who were excelelnt then and since. The delivery was very fast an with eco external packaging tho I couldnt see whay that was spoilt by each attachemnt having individual plastic bag wrap. It fitted toegther easily and is easy to manoeuvre with flexi head which glides easily Suction seems as good as I think the plastic attachemnts seem relativeley flimsy compared to my old cylinder Miele. The two difficulties I have are that it is difficult to remove the main hose attachemnt from the main cylinder withoiut various efforts Also the plastic control buttons seem flimsy tho Im gettign used to them now Ive only had it a month so hrd to be more specific”

“I am very pleased with the vacuum and with your quick response to my email about the missing soft brush which you arranged to be delivered as soon as you received my email. The only thing I find difficult when using the cleaner is to lift it high to clean away any cobwebs I feel a small handle on the side would help giving more control I found it necessary to support the bodywork with both hands”

It's much lighter than my previous vac but equally good at cleaning.
