“Lightweight. Dust bag is very small. The halo seizes up when I try to clean my thick bedroom carpet and I have to regularly release the brush from entangled hairs. It seems a bit temperamental and fragile.”

“Very happy with my Halo capsule.Slight problem with the velcro strip disappearing inside the brush head.Customer service girls extremely helpful and efficient, received replacement brush motor head guickly. Velcro strip on replacement brush head has moved slightly but hoping it stays in place this time.Fingers crossed but know problem will be dealt with efficiently.”
