“A short while ago I posted a review about not getting a flexible hose with the cleaner, however I take that bit back. the hose has just arrived thankyou. However I still find the cleaner hard to push, it seems to drag on the carpets.”

“Brilliant design. Focuses on key design aspects and delivers excellent performance without adding endless unnecessary features. We mostly use in normal suction mode for hard floors which works great, and can use in eco mode on carpets as the brushes do most of the work. One suggestion for future improvement is the handle/grip design size/orientation. For anyone with larger hands (at the typical use angle) the edge at the top of the handle can get uncomfortable. Fantastic package!”

“This is a fantastic product - very light and manoeuvres well. It seems to pick up all the hair my dog sheds very easily on our wood floors, tiled areas and rugs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a rechargeable vacuum. I also love that it's possible to order spare parts should that ever be necessary.”

“I dont use it daily, but its only needed a recharge once so far. Its very easy to connect and disconnect attachments. I am very glad I ordered the extra dusting brush, it does the job brilliantly. I would have liked the crevice tool to be much longer in the flat nozzle area, to get under cabinets etc where the tube is too large.”
