“My wife and I much prefer this sea trout to salmon. It is softer in texture and has a bit more flavour. Previously this was cooked in a fan oven, which was on for 20 minutes, 10 minutes heat up, 10 minutes cooking, but now it's 4 minutes in the microwave in bursts of 30 seconds. We cook it skin up with a little bit of butter, salt , pepper and a dash of sweet chilli sauce and serve it with new boiled potatoes and peas. LUSH”
