“Fairly meaty size fish, i prefer a larger fish, 230gms+, but full of flavour and not over smoked. Will define at Ely buy more of these”

“Delicious - heated to 70deg C in oven at 185 deg C for 15 mins between two layers of grease proof paper only lightly oiled to prevent sticking. Super tender bones peeled out with ease.”
