“These kippers are absolutely the best quality and taste. They came down to me in Kent overnight packed in a reflective cold box and packed around with frozen ice packs that were still solid. Impressive. As a single person a pair od kippers is too much for one meal so while still near freezing I opened the packed and repacked them individually and froze them. The only take an hour to defrost and the just a few minutes heating to be ready to eat.
