“This joint was huge! I simmered for 3.5 hours, had to use my big preserving pan it was so big. Then skin cut away, diamonds pattern in the fat cut, studded with cloves and then a 50-50 glaze of English mustard and runny honey on the oven for 30 min. Everyone went WOW! Served 10 for lunch and then 3 meals for the two of us after. Definitely buy again!”
