Yes received the Bone Gammon joint which was nicely cold packed and delivered on time.
The Gammon was cooked Sunday morning and enjoyed by the whole family and friends.
We normally have a Danish Bone Gammon joint but yours was different in texture but equally as nice.
Would we buy from you again yes I am sure we will.

“This joint was huge! I simmered for 3.5 hours, had to use my big preserving pan it was so big. Then skin cut away, diamonds pattern in the fat cut, studded with cloves and then a 50-50 glaze of English mustard and runny honey on the oven for 30 min. Everyone went WOW! Served 10 for lunch and then 3 meals for the two of us after. Definitely buy again!”
