This is gorgeous !! I cooked it in my slow cooker and it was melt in the mouth delicious. I will be buying more of this.

I WILL NOT eat any other steak after getting the taste for hanger steak(olget). Remove the sinew,drizzle with EV olive oil, hymalayan pink salt and cracked black pepper,fry really high heat four mins each side,add a knob of butter for the last minute the rest for no less than 20 mins.carve against the grain and serve.perfection every time. Had one of these in a restaurant in Southampton and found it to be the most delicious steak I've ever eaten (I'm a chef).hence why I've ordered 18 since.

although tasty, the meat was tough and very stringy with a big tough string running in the centre. Sorry!

Oh, my old man's a dustman He wears a dustman's hat He wears cor-blimey trousers And he lives in a council flat He looks a proper nana In his great big hobnail boots He's got such a job to pull them up That he calls 'em daisy roots This steak is as tough as old boots, the slices we got were far too thick .they should have been sliced into two and then flash fryed for a steak sarnie.
