“The latest joint I received was excellent. The one before it had much to much Fat. It was thick fat rolled inside it. I think that must have been a mistake on someone's part. That was the only bad joint out of a number I have had from them. So I do still recommend it.”
“Sorry but this joint had much too much fat on the outside after cooking for 5 hours, what was left of the joint was beautiful in taste. Wish I had weighed the fat I cut off. But I will buy again , it surely couldn't be this bad again..”
