“I cut the joint in half when it arrived as it's quite big and put one half in the freezer. I cooked the other half in my slow cooker with vegetables and stock. It was lovely but i thought the brisket was a bit chewy. I'll chop up the other half when i cook it next time. A good size joint, very good value for money”
