“After doing quite a bit of research on gazebos we decided to opt for a Bullhawk one. The quality of the frame and cover seemed second to none. It arrived quickly and when we put it up we weren't disappointed. It's extremely sturdy and seemed to block out the wind well. We opted for the more expensive version that had zipped side panels and so glad we did. The material feels really thick and the frame was really easy to erect. I especially like the buttons over the pinholes to higher/lower the height as often these can be difficult to press in. We also like the roof clips that attach to the frame. Usually they are just velcro but with these being clips it's much sturdier and we believe will last longer. We did notice a slight buldge in one of the window panel zips so we contacted them late Sunday evening and they responded the same day. We weren't expecting a response out of office hours so was pleasantly surprised. They were more than obliging and resolved the issue within 24hrs. Absolutely no complaints, really pleased with the purchase and would recommend to others. Yes it's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.”
