“We got the yellow Hello sign — it's got a nice matt finish, looks great on the wall and is generally carefully made. There's one tiny hiccup though. It's delivered with countersunk head screws that chipped the paint off as soon as the head reached the metal surface — and it shows. The plastic cover up doesn't conceal it. Something like a pan/ button head screw would probably do less damage. I've also never gotten an email back from customer support about the welcome discount code not working. ;) Otherwise, all good.”

Thank you for your message and for ordering from our website. I'm so sorry to hear that the paint has chipped from your Hello sign - this should not have happened even with the countersunk screw. It is not a problem that we have previously encountered and so I will contact you directly now to arrange a replacement for your defective item.
And apologies for not replying to your email querying the welcome code discount not working on sale items. We should have made it clearer in our communication that the discount cannot be used against these items and so will ensure that this is rectified during future sales.
