“It was a replacement of a valve which was installed 18 years ago. The old one was seized iside the valve body. Once removed replacement is easy (and instructions are straightforward) The manufacturer recommends annual removal and cleaning of the filter - this was never done and so over the years the water flow reduced - replacement of the valve has signifcantly improved our water flow in the house.”
