“The quality of the valve is good. The issue that causes failure is client over tightening. Lack of understanding as it's a vented hot water system Which means when you shut the water off, the hot water spout continues to dribble hot water for a short period of time That's the function to release the expansion of hot water in the small tank. Now we have educated them regarding a quarter turn on and a quarter turn off. The valve should last a lot longer.”
