“The Thermostatic Elson Mixing Valve is the control Valve for hot Water in my daughters flat. We had already replaced the Emmersion Heater with a new unit. The mixing valve was suspect as the system was only delivering about Two minutes of hot water. This ment that a decent Shower was not on the cards. The Replacement unit was easy to fit, Only shutting the stop cock on the water supply and catching the drips before replacing the unit . Cleaning before fitting the new valve was required to obtain a good seal on the replacement seals supplied. Thank you an excellent unit easily replaced.”
