“I ordered the spare part from the serial number on the heater in situ, but the immersion that arrived had different connectors to the one I removed! I’m not sure what else I could’ve done to prevent this.”

We believe that the model of their water heater stays the same, however they do periodically change the internal structure & the element you ordered is only suitable for water heaters that are manufactured before 2019. Having learnt this information, we have changed our web listing to accurately represent this and ensure that this doesn't happen again.
