“The tiles look great but getting them was a faff. The stores don't share stock and when ordering online there's no way of knowing which stores have the amount you need or when they'll get it until after you've paid - so you pick a store close to you and then could find they don't have what you need. I ordered, then received a text telling me it wouldn't be available until after I needed it. When I called, head office said another store had the stock, but that I'd have to drive an hour to get it. I did that, but it meant I had to cancel my order to another store and get a refund, then place the new order to the other store. Really weird way to run a business - each store is basically its own entity.”
