“Never buy from this company they charge to collect tiles back. Their customer service is rubbish I rang customer service to say I’m a line female I can’t pick up the tiles I has 13 boxes of Dorset tiles to return. Customer service said the currier’s will expect muse to put the tiles on the pallet I said to them im a female and can’t lift them as I have tried to lift them and I have strained my arm. Customer service said one the items are delivered tile giant hold the customer responsible for the return it’s not tile giant who can do
Anything a very poor service. I ordered larger tiles for my bathroom from top tiles they collected them and didn’t expect me to lift the tiles top tiles may work out a tiny more dearer but they collect for free not rip customers off like tile giant. I will never buy from this company again poor poor service. Very unhappy customer poor service”
