“The quality of the tiles are wonderful and no complaints there but to have them dropped on the pavement on a pallet with no help up stairs was really poor.
Half a ton of tiles to be carried up which if I was a smaller man or older then I would have really struggled.
My wife for example wanted to help but could hardly life a pack.
And what are we meant to do with a rough pallet?
As I said great tiles but the service side was a let down.
Had a new kitchen delivered yesterday.
Every item delivered to the flat.
More service like that would go a long way.”

“NEVER AGAIN.
You would have thought that a company that has the word TILE in its title would know a thing or two about tiles.
I ordered tiles back in July as my previous order was delayed and had problems with tiler availability. I managed to get my tiler to come in September. From the 14 packs of tiles I ordered, 5 were incorrect colour! I spoke to TileGiant, who ask me to return the tiles and then re-order then. I missed out of the 20% discount from July. When the new 5 packs of tiles arrived, they were the wrong colour AGAIN! My tiler was not able to to complete the job and now I have garden which is incomplete. On the third occasion the tiles are finally the correct colour, but we cant complete the job because its too wet. When I ask they refund the correct amount back, I spoke at lenghts with TileGiant and I am still out of pocket. TileGiant are now ignoring my request. So, my tiling job will probably take around 9 months to complete because of TileGiant inability to identify the correct codes and I am out of pocket. Moral of the story. Dont use TileGiant”
