“I needed 200x200 quarry tiles. The Tile Giant website said they had them and sent me a sample – which was exactly what I wanted. I ordered more than £870 worth and my order was accepted and the money taken. Several days later, after I had booked a tiler, I got a call to say there was no stock and no prospect of getting any. Very disappointed.”
