Love the tiles but was unfortunately sent 2 different batch numbers. We had to use them but we had a couple of breakages and asked for replacements but have had no response

We have had a complete nightmare with these tiles as they are bowed in the centre and therefore have been almost impossible to lay and now we risk them cracking when the under floor heating is turned on as the tiler has had to put so much pressure on them to get them flat. Tried to speak to Tile Giant customer service but they were Ryde and unhelpful. We spent over £2000 on tiles and our tiler (who is excellent) said he had never seen such a poor quality product before in terms of how unlevel each tiles surface is. I am currently waiting to here back in response to my email to customer services about the issue. Disappointed is an understatement!

£900 worth of tiles left outside for two days in front garden. No email, no call letting me know it was being delivered
