“Sadly the quality of the product was not what we had expected - many of the tiles had misprints and did not match the samples in the shop - but due to the fact that our tilers were due to start we had little choice but to accept them as the shop could not guarantee that a re order would deliver better quality and a reorder would take over a week. A disappointing experience and means we probably won't use TileGiant again.”
