“We had these fitted by a professional and he found quite a few split, this is a thing with porcelain apparently. It also said about sealing them on the box which we hadn’t anticipated when we placed the order. Overall happy now but it was a bit hairy”

“Three boxes arrived smashed (luckily I over ordered), the tiles were nice but the protective plastic makes them a pain to separate as the stick to one another. The customer service was very good and the lady rectified the smashed tile boxes swiftly and fairly.”
