“Avoid these tiles at all cost! Especially if your trying to make a feature wall with the black tiles like in the photo above. They tiles are 3mm difference in size so trying to get to get the grout lines to line up is a nightmare! If I could go back I would have never bought this tiles as I’m sure the quality from wicked/Bq would be far better, and only costing a 3rd of the price. Had my tiles delivered and was missing 3 boxes, 1 box broken and 4 boxes were different batch codes. Spoke to someone in store who arranged for these to be returned and new ones to be collected. After phoning the store to double check my tiles had arrived went to collect only to find out they also were the wrong batch code!! Which left me no other option but to go to Wimbledon to collect the correct tiles which is an 1hr drive from the original store I placed the order with. All in all avoid these tiles at all cost and to be honest which I avoided tile giant completely.”
