“I loved the tiles in the showroom so we bought it for our downstairs toilet.
We had family issues and our tiller done the job while we’ve been away. He found out tiles had many defects like a small wholes. Unfortunately we couldn’t go to the store to replace it as we have been in different country.
For that price that couldn’t happen.
Another thing is the pattern is very repetitive and hard to match to look nice.”

“Very happy with the tiles quality, but not with customer service line. I bought the tiles on line on black Friday deal, but have been told that my payment didn’t go through and I need to cancel the order and re-order at shop or online at different price. Eventually when I said that bank confirmed my payment, I had to travel to shop to prove my ID and then to come again to collect it.”
