“First time using Tile Giant. Logical website and simple purchase procedure. Quickish delivery too. Bought 6mm tiles , primer and torx screws. Only downside is the recommended adhesive for the product was out of stock.”
“Bought these from my local store who were bigging up how great they were being torx.
Got home and opened the box to find they weren’t Torx but PZ2 and soft as butter. Even with the supplied bit 1 in 4 of the screws has rounded off while trying to screw through 6mm no more ply into pine floor boards. Most I’ve been able to remove but I am left with 8 screws proud of the board that I can’t get in or out which I’m now going to have to cut off, which is not only annoying but time consuming as well.
Looking at the other reviews it looks like the torx ones are better so make sure it’s torx your getting when buying.”
