Horizon Light Grey Floor Tile 60x60cm Reviews

Had used these last year in another bathroom so had some spares. I ordered new and started puttingthem down. When I found I was one short I went to my stock and found they were a completely different colour. I ordered a new pack and found these were the same colour as the ones I got last year. Further checks with other batches were the same. I checked the name on the boxes and although they were different twas assured these were Same yes. Clearly this was not the case. Staff locally initially tried to help then appeared to give up, calls stopped. I contacted customer services and I am still waiting for a call back. I have spent quite a bit of money with Tile Giant over the years but won't be visiting again that's for sure.

All rather chaotic because the store said these were discontinued but some stores had stock. Saw they were available on line so ordered 18 tiles which took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered to store. Started laying the tiles when I discovered over half of the tiles were the dark grey. Now have to wait another week and hope the right tiles arrive this time! Very poor!
