“These tiles are not kept in tile giant warehouse. Apparently when they say they are in stock the order has to go through the supplier, the wait is 12 - 14 weeks. You will not get these in a few days. I really wish they had said this before ordering and paying. After getting samples etc I am set on them and will have to wait. Basically customer service has said there is nothing they can do about it, they do not come from tile giant. Just for your information.”
“My first review was with too much hast. I thought there was no product information, which apparently, there is. I would just like to make one observation. I was looking for shipping costs but it does not appear anywhere early during purchase. Am I missing some thong?”
