“This long hot water bottle is a brilliant idea. You can wrap it over your neck during the day your body warm while working at home. At night, put it under your duvet before going to sleep and it warms up your bed and body for hours. The faux bunny fur is very soft like touching a soft toy. Love the blush rose colour too. I also like the simple envelope design with a velcro fastening. That means the top of the bottle is fully covered and this helps to retain the heat for longer. Also the simple smooth surface means nothing sticks out (like some other pretty pom pom design in the market) so it hugs your back and body comfortably.”
“I'd rate 3.5 if I could. The cover is soft but awkward to get over the head of the bottle once you've filled it. The fit is too tight at the top, basically, and requires some manoeuvring and squeezing. It's very comfy to wrap around your body and drape down your shoulder or across your lap. No so great to drape around your neck, because the shape is awkward. The description claimed that the cover would help to keep it warm for longer, but I find that hard to believe. Perhaps it's just due to the shape and the water being dispersed, but it cools down faster than any water bottle I've ever owned. Good enough, but just a shame. I may attempt to find a better insulating cover for it.”
Thank you for your review. I am very sorry you experienced trouble with your hot water bottle. We will take these comments on board for when we are designing our next collections. Regarding how long the hot water bottle will keep warm for is determined by the conditions the hot water bottle is used in and the temperature of the water the bottle has been filled with which are variable depending on the indiviual use and preference. Our bottles our ribbed on one side which helps to trap the heat and keep the water warmer for longer. This coupled with the fur cover which also helps to retain the heat. If you are sitting on a sofa using your hwb it will cool significantly quicker than if you are snuggled under covers - where our testing has shown many times that the hwb can stay warm until the morning!
