“I need to manage my weight as I gained 2 stone recently. I wanted to try a healthy way to help me tackle this. I tried the sample box & really liked all the flavours. “My toddler has suffered from chronic constipation for some months and has been taking 2 types of medication daily. I have been having purition for breakfast and recently my son had been sharing them. He enjoys it so much I have started making an extra scoop for him and he loves nothing more than to help to make it, choosing the frozen berries or spices to add. I'm pleased to say that since having Puriton daily he has not had to have any medication for some time and long may it continue. Thank you Puriton for helping my son.”

“Bought my first pouch of the Almond powder last week and it's very good - going to send for the sample packs just to try different flavours but can highly recommend Purition over some of the other ones I've tried. Will have to experiment with making shakes in advance though as I made one in the morning for lunch the other day, by the time I went to drink it, I had to almost use a spoon”

“I was looking for something without all the sugar and artificial stuff that other meal replacements had. This has turned out to be better than expected. I first tried making it with just a shaker but agree it tastes much better made with a stick blender. My fave is the Mac and vanilla although today I did an experiment with half semi-skimmed and half choc oat milk with the choc and I have to say it was amazing. Although I realise this has more sugar than it normally would. I've tried the recommended combos with fruit and they are great too. Best of all I don't crave choc on days I have this and I have dropped a few pounds since using them so am delighted. Delivery is quick as well.”

“Ordered my sample box and absolutely love it. No questions. Pure, simple quick and easy. Only had 2 so far so can't give weight loss results yet but they do keep me full for at least 4 hours so snacking has stopped. I'm having mine for lunch and keeping my porridge for breakfast. Definately recommend and I'm just about to buy some more :)”

“I bought the sample box to take on holiday for a quick, easy, healthy breakfast and was impressed with how tasty they are - either blended into a smoothie or simply stirred into yoghurt. On returning home I asked my personal trainer to check the ingredients and, having been given the thumbs up, I have just ordered more for regular breakfast use at home.”

“These shakes are great. Can mix them with skimmed or semi skimmed milk, I used coconut water today and it was still as creamy. Can't decide which flavour to buy. I wish they did a larger sample box.”
