By the way my body responds to this product, I believe it is doing me good. The raw vegan hemp seems to be the most potent. Great time and money saver, you will lose weight if you only have this for lunch but I usually have some extras carbs too because my body wants it at the moment. I like to add matcha and cacao to mine to get an energy boost. You can get creative with it. I don’t love the taste but it’s totally palatable. I love that I can drink my lunch at my desk through the day and then take my lunch break to do something more relaxing than looking, paying and eating some less nutritious meal in a noisy canteen and feeling tired or sick in the afternoon.

I really love all of the Purition vegan range. I have them for breakfast and they get me right through until lunch. All the flavours are great and I love that they taste healthy but not disgustingly healthy. Just need the vegan range now to include Pistachio and Coconut and I will be a completely satisfied customer

I've been through about nine packets now and loved every one. I either mix this with cow's milk or almond milk and both taste nice. I also usually add some frozen berries. It doesn't need it for flavour, but it tastes great and diversifies the nutrients. Next I'm going to try mixing it into a homemade granola... Thanks Purition! The packaging is even recyclable.

I run every day, sometimes twice a day and do a few weights session each week too. Usually had more hardcore protein shakes, but as wanting to go vegan, tried these. Really tasty, all ingredients are quality and no fillers or like xanthum gum (which is in almost everything). By having one of these a day for breakfast or a snack, I've actually lost half a stone, which has improved my running times significantly. I am thinking this is because I have increased my fat intake with these shakes, and my body is running and recovering better by having more healthy fats.

I really love this product. After being totally against protein shakes before i became desperate to lose weight, did some research and came up with Purition. It looks like it is going to be my saviour. I'm only replacing one meal a day and counting calories but it's working! There is only one thing that could make this product even better for me and that would be to take out the Sweetner. As someone who is not eating sugar and likes an unsweetened taste this would preferable as I hate the taste of Sweetner and think its omission would enhance the healthy, natural, vegan and plant based image of this product. I love the chocolate and coffee and walnut best but next time might even try the vanilla.

I love the dairy free walnut and coffee, like another reviewer said it tastes kind of earthy and wholesome rather than any overpowering flavours. I've found to bring the flavours out more adding a dash of carob powder and a big scoop of cacao nibs makes it even better (I have it with oat or almond milk and a bit of frozen banana too). I really look forward to having these everyday, in fact I skipped dinner last night in favour of having another one! I have IBS so was concerned by one reviewers experience but i suppose everyone suffers differently because it's really helped me, I would be sure to drink a lot of water and eat lots of veggies too as the extra fibre can take a while to adjust to but I've had no stomach pains which I normally experience on an almost daily basis so it's been fantastic for me. I'm using it as a healthy way to get back into a healthy lifestyle so my aim has been to lose weight responsibly. In my first week having them for breakfast it's motivated me to make other healthy changes mid exercise more and I've lost almost half a stone already. I've not found it a filling as some others, I'd say at first it filled me up for two hours maximum then I was really hungry again but I think that's coming from someone who ate a lot previously and I feel like I've gotten more used to it now and it's lasting longer and definitely curbed any cravings. I've not had a sweet tooth all week, which is saying something!

I brought the trial vegan box as I'm a newbie to the vegan diet, and was looking for something to help ease the kids into the lifestyle also. Unfortunately these haven't been very successful with the kids, I on the other hand LOVE LOVE LOVE them!! I mix mine with whatever flavour of plant based milk we have open, throw in a handful of spinach, avocado, kiwi, blueberries, or whatever else is nearing the end of its life and whizz it up, and find I am powered through to lunchtime. Which is great, as I'm on the road a lot. As long as I have a good supply of water to hand in the car, these are great. I prefer the original hemp, and find the longer I blend it for the better it is. Will definitely be buying the bulk bags shortly.

I tried these as an addition to my diet, first thing on a morning to replace my previous protein (always plant based) but I suffer from IBS and i found that they were a bit too much for me and weren't encouraging bowel movements as i thought with the additional fibre but more so had the opposite effect. I experienced a sore stomach & bloating as well. I would be careful to approach these shakes if you do suffer IBS, or maybe try to introduce them slowly less than once a day and maybe 2-3 times a week and see how you go - order a sample pack or something. Everyone is different though, this was just my personal experience. I wasn't huge on the strawberry flavour, but the chocolate one was really nice especially with 1/3 of a banana as recommended. I haven't gotten around to the vanilla and unfortunately probably wont end up using it at all. I imagine that did I not suffer with IBS I would probably be fine with the shakes, and the ingredients are raw with nothing hidden which is great as a lot of other shakes you'll find have got heaps of artificial sweeteners. I don't eat much sugar and i didn't find them overly sweet either which was good.
