I WAS RECOMMENDED THIS OIL BY MY ENGINE BUILDER AS IT IS MINERAL AND HIGH IN ZINC NOT SURE IF THE NEW FORMULATION IS ANY BETTER

Thanks for your review and photo! The new formulation still has the same high levels of zinc (ZDDP), but the levels are the same as the old formulation, but the detergent additivites are slightly different, with no sodium detergent and lower levels of calcium detergent, and with upgraded wear protection.

Assumed this oil was high in zddp,however this does not seem to be the case.It seems I have wasted my money

Hi, It is a high ZDDP oil, I don't have the exact figure, but somewhere around 1500-1600ppm ZDDP. Regards Tim
