Unfortunately, that is the situation. We don't want to charge the high prices for what is basically a normal oil, but to make it suitable for wet belts, it costs more to make.

“I bought it because I have a Peugeot 308 with the 1.5 Blu Hdi diesel engine ... so apparently Stellantis together with Total created this oil specifically to over come timing belt issues with said engine. It was impossible to find this product locally so I'm thankful I was able to order it through opie oils.”
