“I bought six years ago a Landrover Discovery sport unknowingly renowned for its engine failures, the car has always been serviced by the main dealer and it’s only now I have serviced the car myself being from the trade, having shopped around for a deal on Castrol oil I saw an offer by Opie oils for the Petronas for the same manufacturers specifications Jlr at a very reasonable price, having changed the engine oil and used a genuine oil filter when starting in a morning the engine doesn’t rattle like it has all the time I have owned the car, the dealer says that the rattle is characteristic of the ingenium type of engine, so after all this time using Castrol branded oil Petronas engine oil has stopped the cold start rattle! Well pleased indeed!”
