Problem disappeared shortly after oil change to xf premium lspi oil.
Cold starts and tick over are smoother and quieter.”
“I have a Suzuki Vitara 2020 with the 1.4 intercooled turbo engine and the above oil, an SP grade, is far in excess of the manufacturers SP oil grade requirements as per the original handbook, but is nonetheless very good value at under £30 for 5 litres. Oil consumption is nil and oil circulation very quick from a cold start.
Just had my third oil change with this oil and very happy to use it again this time. Over 55mpg on a motorway run at 60 -65 mph. Opie recommended for Asian cars including Suzuki, but check the handbook grade, as some have 0w20 oil requirement.”
