“A great looking shoe & comfortable, just what I was looking for to replace my old ones. After occasional wear over 3 months the top stitching has failed on the top panel making them useless. I bought these specifically to use on a boat trip in October And am very disappointed”

“I bought these to replace some aging Moshulu deck shoes that are cool to wear and supremely comfortable. These aren't the same. They are sticky to wear without socks, particularly the rubber insole, so they aren't as billed "perfect for barefoot wearing". So, comfortable, nice looking but sticky. Please just dust off the old design and repeat.”

“I have an old pair of Moshulu boating shoes from years ago. They are brilliant - comfortable and great for wearing on a hot day without socks. I was hoping for a replacement. While these look nice and feel comfortable, they are hot and sticky to wear without socks. The rubber insoles are part of the problem, and Nubuck doesn't seem to breathe like leather. The score of 4 is generous - I very nearly returned these as not matching the description as 'great for barefoot wear' - they aren't. Please, can you do a lightweight deck shoe in a thin leather with a non-sweaty insole?”
