“Not being the wealthiest person around slippers have always been something simple and cheap items, but they never have been that comfy nor really lasted that long. The quality has got worse so I gave up buying them. However stubbing my left foot on a chair and having several weeks of subsequent pain I had intended to buy more cheap ones.My views were suddenly changed when we were in holiday in Cornwall and my wife needed to visit the Moshulu shop. She has had their shoes and slippers for years, in fact the Penzance shop is really well. Whilst she was being deadly with I saw some gents slippers and thought well I must try them on just to see what they were like. I was amazed, they felt really nice the soles supportive and the general fit really nice. I decided to give a pair a trial. That was 11 weeks ago and I am really pleased with them. The assistant said the soles are good for the odd trips outside and indeed they are they are still snug with no signs of being sloppy. They are made with recycled felt of which I was a bit concerned but so far so good.I am pleased I made the decision bearing in mind these are not that expensive in real terms.Doubtless we will in visiting the shop again in 2023, thank you Moshulu Penzance”
“I have been having toe problems due to swelling and could not find a shape , size or fabric that were comfortable. Now I have ! Plenty of toe room , both width and depth , very comfortable and well fitting and durable. I have even popped out to the local shop ( 2 minutes away) wearing them as the soles are robust. No one noticed that i had slippers on!Have also gardened in them ! ( not often ! ) . Best of all , they have been on sale! I now have 3 pairs !”
“Bought for my husband for Christmas. He likes them and says thay are very comfortable. His only comment is that the tag on the back could be bigger to enable him to put his finger in to pull the slippers on.We also like the eco aspect of them being made from recycled bottles.”
“These look like another good product from Moshulu. However as these are a Christmas present I’m going to return them. The person I’m buying them for hasn’t got a wide foot and these look like a very generous width. Shame but I’ll buy his normal pair!”
