“I was disappointed, the grey padding on the strap of the right sandal that goes across the foot was lumpy and a different shape to the left. Generally something strange about the straps. I do not feel this is a real walking sandal. I contacted customer care. They were very helpful and organised to collect them. Just waiting for my refund. Because I receive such good after sales care I will use this company again.”
