“I’d had my eye on these boots for a while but was reluctant to order online because of uncertainty of the fit, however, the sale price was an opportunity not to miss. The order was delivered quickly but my usual size 6 was very tight, wondered whether the leather would give enough for comfort but in the end made a 40 mile round trip to the Cirencester shop to try on a half size bigger. ( prearranged by phone to ensure they had the size in stock). Immediately it was obvious this was a better size for me and an exchange was made. This was my first purchase with Moshulu and I am delighted with the product and now that I know which size to go for, I am certain it won’t be my last!!!
Must mention the helpful customer service staff I dealt with, a lady whose name I didn’t take when I rang on 22/10 when I couldn’t get a telephone response from Cirencester, she advised that due to illness the shop was closed that day, which saved me a wasted journey. And Ellis who dealt with my refund, a polite, friendly and efficient agent, a credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with.
