“Have been buying moshulu shoes for years, with my go-to sandals being the ginger ale cork sandals. I was looking for something slightly more versatile, allowing a bit of dressing up, and thought this pair might be it. But I am disappointed in the fit and general feel. The soles are narrow, and, although the front strap can be adjusted so as not to be tight, I felt my feet where too close to the edges. Even hanging over. Generally, they felt insubstantial. Ok maybe for a few hours garden party, or generally sitting event, but not a day's walk about (which I have done on many occasions with ginger ale). Even my daughter expressed surprise, calling them flimsy. Also, i feel that the elastic on the buckles will give pretty quickly. So, back they go. My search continues. Maybe I should make the effort to travel out of mid Wales and visit a shop to try on new styles. I'm also a bit put out by the blanket shipping charge, very unusual compared with similar stores, and off-putting for trying new things. My faith in moshulu shoes made me think it would be ok, but now I feel a bit burnt.”
