“Though the sandals were lovely and soft and fitted well, the straps weren't even long enough to thread through the buckle! Makes for a completely useless sandal, so disappointing.”
“I love Moshulu shoes but had to return these because the strap was too short to do up even on the first hole. I've experienced the same on other styles in the past. Please do address this for future designs.”
