“Chidori is a lovely style, smart and chic, quite a good width but a bit narrower around the toes than the more casual styles like Petrel suede or Becker. So whereas I can wear size 7 in those two styles, Chidori is too small in 7. And, to be honest, a little bit too big in 8, but I can put a half-insole in or something. Oh Moshulu, I do wish you did size 7.5, because with all the styles of your beautiful shoes that I have, 7 is a bit too small (or needs quite a bit of wearing in), and 8 is too big. Very nice shoes, though.”
