“I love these slippers. Bought in store sale price so I'm really pleased. Sage green true to photo and i think its a lovely colour. I'm usually a size 5 but needed a size 6 that fits perfectly. “These run really small. When I called to exchange them (after waiting a week with no response to the online returns email) I was told by customer service that Moshulu 'always tell you to go up a size in this style' so it would be very helpful if this could be stated on their website so that you can order the correct size the first time around. By the time I was able to find this out, most replacement size/colours had been sold out in their sale so exchanging wasn't possible. I would not shop with them again due to this poor experience.”

“Lovely slipper , very comfortable, good quality would advise you go up a size .amazing customer service. Had to return the first pair as they were a little snug .I had to go up a size , The company kept me informed. Even rang me to say the colour I wanted in the bigger size was out of stock. Asked if I would like a different colour or a refund ,I had a different colour . 10/10 for customers service. Will definitely be buying from you again.”
