“I, like another customer found these slippers to be a little neat fit around the heel until I “bedded them in” so to speak. They are very comfortable. However I have a problem no one else has mentioned in other reviews - when I wear socks, the slippers pull the socks right down under my heels when I walk and it’s most irritating! Not sure if it’s the type of lining or not, but I’ve never had this problem with other moshulu slippers.”

“Ordered a size bigger but very small in length,
The backs squashed down . Too flat , no support , would not recommend.
Bought my usual Alaska - perfect .”
“I'd just like to add to my review, having read another:
The whole point of these slippers is that they are not mules- they don't fall off your feet half the time the way mules can- but the lowered back makes for a much more relaxed, comfort feel than 'standard' slippers
I too found at first that the back felt a bit stiff, a bit rigid But if you ease the back of your heel inside, and start 'wearing the shoe in '( getting your foot used to.it or it used to your foot) you find that within half an hour at most, it is accomodating your heel perfectly”
“Moshulu's turkish style slippers are the most comfortable I have ever found (and I'm a 'senior citizen' so I have some track record!) When I originally discovered the Alaska ones, I said they were amazing Now I have these Anvik ones, I think they're fantastic They look beautiful and the comfort level is really beyond description They're also remarkably hard-wearing. I wouldn't dream of buying slippers anywhere else Thank you, Moshulu!”
