“Absolutely thrilled with my blue Malmo boots, they are well made, very comfortable and no flaws/marks on the leather. I am a true 41 and so many companies don't show or are not consistent with the British/continental size conversions. I've experienced a 41 converting to a 7,7.5 or even 8 in the past. They were beautifully packed, I used click & collect (comms were excellent and arrived in 2 days) and I was given another large paper bag to carry them home in from the shop without having to ask. The lady in the shop (Ringwood) was helpful and friendly and I noticed there was also a pre-payed returns label within the box had I needed it. I couldn't have asked for more. I have never used Moshulu before (not sure why!!) but if you can keep that standard of Customer Service up you have a customer for life here.”
